ORCL//TERM outputs are AI-generated analyses for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, tax, legal or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any trades you place based on information from this app.

3. Paper trading only

The trading engine operates exclusively with simulated demo cash. It does not connect to any brokerage and does not place real orders.

4. No warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that market data, news or AI signals are accurate, timely or complete.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of ORCL//TERM are not liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) resulting from use of the app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site, abuse the AI endpoints, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Access to the MCP API requires OAuth authentication.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance.
